DMOARTS is pleased to announce our participation in the art fair "3331 ART FAIR 2022" in Tokyo, Japan, featuring works by Mana Kawamura, Rei Kizumoto and Mitsumasa Miura.
Selection-GYM will also feature works by Kurumi Kotani, Yui Samejima, NAZE, Seisuke Nihira, and Sakiki Matsumura, as recommended by Ryo Takahashi, the gallery's director. Please see both of them together.

Mana Kawamura
Texts quoted from domestic and foreign literary works are expressed in acrylic paintings by the phenomenon that the paint flows down and only the outline of the letters remains, and the gods and animals that appear in Japanese mythology such as "Kojiki" and modern times. He creates oil paintings inspired by motifs drawn in novels.
In the relationship between "characters" and "pictures" that are born side by side, I am conscious of creating meaning while crossing both works.

Rei Kizumoto
One color plane overlaps another color plane. Space is created there, and colors influence each other. This phenomenon that occurs at the moment when the faces overlap always makes my heart flutter.
The colors and shapes of the placed surfaces sway between my consciousness and unconsciousness, and harmonize on the support.
We can perceive hardness and softness through sight. It begins with recognizing colors, shapes and textures. I want to try to express from small sensations that I forget in my daily life.

Koga Miura
With the main themes of "consciousness and unconsciousness," "intention and randomness," and "production and non-production," he creates two-dimensional works using random numbers and instructions.
In the production process, such as composition and color scheme, the process that requires the artist's decision-making is determined by random numbers and output through his own body.
In the process of repeating simple tasks according to instructions, he creates accidental facial expressions that he cannot control.
